James Lee, president of Shive-HatteryShive-Hattery, a Midwest architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, won the PSMJ 2015 Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. PSMJ Resources, Inc. (PSMJ), is a leading authority on effective management of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms.

The PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction was designated to Shive-Hattery for achieving high client satisfaction scores on PSMJ’s independent survey of 100 Shive-Hattery clients. Winners are chosen based on feedback scores from the firm’s clients in the areas of communications, innovation, performance, and cost-efficiencies. Since PSMJ established its client-evaluation research tool in 2009, PSMJ has surveyed more than 20,000 clients of firms operating globally in the AEC industry and has recognized the top firms with the highest client satisfaction scores.
